After the shortest of summer breaks, the lads are back and, as ever, there are no shortage of talking points!

They chat about the incomings of Josh Sargent and Christos Tzolis as well as the quashing of the Todd Cantwell to Aston Villa rumours before looking ahead to Citys opening day of the season clash with Liverpool.

    Well that’s my front 3 pretty much….

To be honest, with Pukki’s work rate, there is a viable proposition for him to play on the right of a 3 so that Sarjent can play through the middle, with Todd FINALLY getting closer to the primary striker. Todd is far quicker than most realise, especially carrying the ball, and his composure in front of goal is also exceptional.

And in a 4-2-3-1, there’s scope for Rashica too.

Very exciting. Just need a proper CDM and a CB now, arguably a fullback too.

Aarons ro Spurs to ensure Skipp comes back and someone ‘off the shelf’ as a replacement, like Conor Roberts?

Well a Major signing in Sargent if we believe all that has been written and the NBC reporters says he is an outstanding defensive player when the team needs players back only time will tell.

Both Sargent and Tzolis if he us signed in time should at least be on the bench come Saturday evening.

Sargent has already played leagues games for Werder B this season and scored so a cameo roll shouldn’t be to much to ask.

Tzolis has played games for PAOK in the new European version of the Mickey Mouse Cup so again should be match ready and another cameo would be good.

Team selection I would suppose is still up in the air with Cov-19 still prowling the streets of Norwich but with both new incoming needcto isolate that I am not sure of.

Can we see a departure in Hugill to Blackburn, Preston or Notts F all seem short on strikers going on last weeks games or could we see a part ex with Worrall but he gas interest from clubs with deeper American pockets so only time will tell and 3 weeks to the window slam shut only for speculation to start after the international break for the January window

    Onwards and upwards

    Vintage canary.
Well first game put to bed. I thought the lads played very well considering the problems we have had. I thought DEMI HAD A BLINDER. the same problems gave the ball away at the back under pressure why on earth don’t you earn to play 3 at the back for a team like Liverpool.

For man City the line up.
Three at the back .Hanley Gibson Omerdele attacking wing backs Arrons and Ginolious and centre midfield pivot Sorensen. Centre mid Gilmour and Lees Mellor.
Attack duo Rashic1a and Cantwell switch with Sargent and told
I’m afraid Puki isn’t match fit he needs another month.
    And playing with two attackers
With crosses from Arrons and demi presses the action.

JUST DO IT NOTHING TO LOOSE.

I see Aston Villa Are moaning already because Beundia played crap. Panlcing again like Arsenal if the come back to you for Arrons and Cantwell with 2weeks of the window to go just tell them to get lost or pay 60million for each of them.
