It’s October! September was a slightly shorter month, with many away or not playing due to the international break, but still lot’s to report on for City’s loanees.
Christos Tzolis
It’s been an average month for Norwich’s Greek international at Twente. He wasn’t selected to represent his country in the September international break, so only had a chance to feature in three games.
He featured in two of FC Twente’s three games, playing 90 minutes in a 2-1 win against PSV, and playing 58 minutes in a 1-1 draw with AZ Alkmaar.
In Twente’s most recent game, a 2-1 loss against Heerenveen, Tzolis wasn’t named in the squad.
Przemysław Płacheta
After such a promising August, Płacheta hasn’t featured again for Birmingham and is still suffering from his shin injury.
A few days ago Birmingham City manager, John Eustace, said this about his injury:
“Pepe is still some time away, I haven’t got a timescale for you but it’s certainly not short-term. It’s a shin injury, he is still going to be another four-five weeks I think before he is even starting on the grass, it’s been a massive blow to us.”
Bali Mumba
Bali’s name has echoed around East Anglia over recent days after his Man of the Match contribution against Ipswich Town, last weekend. Mumba scored (pictured above), as Plymouth handed the Blues their first loss of the campaign, with Argyle winning 2-1.
He started all four of Plymouth’s October games during which they picked up 10 points, and also grabbed an assist in their 2-2 draw with Portsmouth.
Saxon Earley
Saxon has featured in all of Stevenage’s four games this month, starting two and being subbed on in two.
Stevenage won three and lost one of those four games. They currently sit third in the league – a massive improvement already from last season – and currently are in an automatic promotion spot.
Jon McCracken

Jon has played all of Bohemian’s games in September, keeping two clean sheets with wins in the league.
It’s been a mixed bag of results, though. Bohemian beat Finn Harps and Shamrock Rovers in the league, but also lost 1-0 at Derry City in the league, with a heavy 3-0 loss against Shelbourne in the cup.
